基于PMC指数模型的广西大病保险政策量化评价
Quantitative evaluation of critical illness insurance policies in Guangxi Province based on PMC index model

Abstract
Objective To conduct a quantitative textual analysis of the critical illness insurance policies for urban and rural residents in Guangxi Province from 2012 to the present,providing references for the improve-ment of such policies.Methods A total of 20 relevant policy texts on critical illness insurance in Guangxi were collected and selected from policy databases such as PKULAW,and analyzed using Rostcm6.0.A quantitative e-valuation system for critical illness insurance policies was established based on the PMC index model for analysis.Results The average PMC index of the 20 policy texts included was 7.16,with 10 being excellent policies,5 good policies,4 qualified policies,and 1 unqualified policy.Conclusions The overall quality of critical illness insurance policies in Guangxi Province is relatively sound,but improvements are still needed in policy tools,cov-erage scope,and policy measures.Future optimization directions should focus on refining policy tools and rational-ly planning policy timelines,enhancing coordination levels and improving intelligent monitoring systems,as well as enriching policy measures and improving the design of policy content.关键词
