基于共生理论的医联体发展研究
Development of medical alliance based on symbiosis theory
摘要
Abstract
At present,the lifelong prevalence of mental illness in China is relatively high.The psychiatric specialist medical alliance is an effective way to integrate medical resources,build a hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system,and enhance grassroots service capabilities.This article starts from symbiosis theory and takes a psychiatric medical consortium in Beijing as an example to analyze its status quo and existing problems through in-terviews and questionnaire surveys,in order to promote the construction and sustainable development of psychiatric specialties and to provide countermeasures and suggestions.In the development of psychiatric specialist medical al-liance,it is recommended to explore suitable referral paths,to conduct research for orienting the output direction of cooperative hospitals,to explore profit distribution models,to improve policy environments and internal institu-tional mechanisms of medical alliances,and to enhance the informatization construction.关键词
