Abstract
Pre-job training,as a core method for organizations to enhance the competency of new employees, serves as a crucial link in helping staffquickly adapt to organizational culture, master job skills, and improve work efficiency. To ensure the effectiveness of pre-job training,it is essential to understand new employees'satisfaction levels to facilitate timely improvements. This study conducted a questionnaire survey among 134 new employees who participated in pre-job training at a tertiary hospital in Beijing in 2023,aiming to assess satisfaction levels across different positions and identify existing shortcomings. The findings reveal that overall satisfaction with pre-job training was relatively low, with physicians and medical technicians expressing the least satisfaction, particularly regarding training content, format, and practical applicability.Comparative analysis of satisfaction scores across different positions showed statistically significant differences in three aspects:training organization and arrangement, training content and format, and practical relevance to actual work.To further enhance the effectiveness of pre-job training, the hospital should adopt a stratified training approach tailored to the diverse needs of different positions, innovate training methods, design reasonable course content, emphasize ideological development, and improve assessment mechanisms, thereby fostering talent development and high-quality hospital advancement.关键词
