Abstract
Analyzing the fundamental characteristics of science and technology professionals based on occupational classification is crucial for correctly understanding and grasping the career development patterns of this group,while also providing practical pathways to better serve them.From the perspective of occupational management,this paper defines the professional characteristics of science and technology workers,identifies their distribution within the national occupational classification system,and conducts a preliminary analysis of the current occupational structural features of China's science and technology professionals.The study aims to provide references for improving and applying the occupational classification system for this group.关键词
