制造业企业员工数字素养培养问题剖析及发展对策
Research on Digital Literacy Cultivation in Manufacturing Enterprises:Problem Analysis and Development Strategies

Abstract
In the context of the digital economy,digital transformation has become a crucial driver for high-quality enterprise development,with employees'digital literacy serving as a key determinant.However,current deficiencies in digital literacy among manufacturing employees are hindering the progress of digital transformation in China's manufacturing sector,necessitating urgent exploration of effective cultivation strategies.Our survey found that the current digital literacy training of employees in domestic manufacturing enterprises mainly faces problems such as weak theoretical foundation,weak awareness of enterprises and individuals,lack of training resources,and imperfect training mechanism.In order to further improve the digital literacy of employees in manufacturing enterprises,a dynamic three-level capability framework should be built and an incentive mechanism should be established to create a joint cultivation ecosystem and accurately develop feedback systems and training programs.关键词
