Construction of a Digital Intelligence Competency Model for HR Management Practitioners
摘要
Abstract
In the era of digital intelligence,human resource management is facing digital and intelligent transformation,which requires human resource management practitioners to have digital intelligence competency.Based on the interview data of front-line human resource managers of enterprises,this paper constructs a digital intelligence competency model of human resource management practitioners.The model is composed of the main domain I"application operation and maintenance competency of digital intelligent tools",the main domain II"business data management and processing and analysis competency"and the main domain III"digital intelligence thinking awareness".The main domain I focuses on digital intelligence tools,which is the external embodiment of digital intelligence capabilities;Main domain II focuses on the management and processing analysis of human resource management business data,which is the main body of digital intelligence competency and will be widely used in the present and future.Main domain III focuses on thinking awareness,which is the core of digital intelligence competency,and is the driving force for the formation of the first two main domains,which will have a profound impact on the digital and intelligent transformation of organizations.关键词
