The Emergence,Characteristics,and Global Significance of Chinese Digital Civilization

Abstract
Digital technologies-exemplified by AI,have profoundly impacted the world and humanity,deeply transforming the course of human civilization in recent years.The CPC has led the people in pioneering digital practices,actively promoting the humanization of digital technologies and the digitization of civilization,thereby creating a Chinese digital civilization guided by the Marxist view of civilization.This development is historically inevitable outcome of the evolution of digital production modes in China.It highlights both China's practical re-sponse to global digital challenges to global digital challenges wave and the CPC's strategic vision for advancing civilizational progress in the digital era.Chinese digital civilization is characterized by continuity,a people-centered orientation,systemic,integration,and openness.It emphasizes the organic integration of traditional civilization,adheres to the principle of"digital technologies for the people",advances a holistic"Five-Sphere Integrated Plan",and promotes global exchanges and mutual learning in the realm of digital civilization.The successful creation of Chinese digital civilization has provided insights and references for humanity's moderniza-tion,showcasing the bright prospects of socialist civilization.It has also enriched the diverse forms of human dig-ital civilization and contributed Chinese wisdom and solutions for developing countries in their exploration of dig-ital civilization.关键词
