Research progress on the pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease
摘要
Abstract
Alzheimer's disease(AD)is a progressive neurodegenerative disorder closely associated with aging,characterized by an intricate pathological cascade involving dysregulation at molecular,cellular,and systemic levels.The core pathological of AD,characterized by Aβ plague deposition and tau pathology,exhibits a dynamic interplay with multiple secondary mechanisms,such as neuroinflammation,mitochondrial dysfunction,cerebrovascular abnormalities,and synaptic loss.Collectively,these interconnected factors form a highly integrated pathogenic network that drives AD progression.This study aims to delineate the complex network of pathogenesis in AD,with the goal of providing a solid theoretical foundation for the development of effective early interventions and treatment strategies.关键词
