Fluid biomarkers and clinical application of Alzheimer's disease
摘要
Abstract
Alzheimer's disease is one of the most common causes of dementia,and its incidence continues to rise as the population ages,placing a heavy burden on affected families and society as a whole.Early diagnosis is crucial for delaying disease progression and improving patient outcomes.However,the pathogenesis of AD is complex,involving multiple pathophysiological processes such as amyloid-β deposition,hyperphosphorylation of tau protein,neuroinflammation,and neuronal death,which pose significant challenges for early and accurate identification.Recently,the rapid advancement of biotechnology has led to the discovery and investigation of an increasing number of fluid biomarkers for AD,offering new perspectives and powerful tools for its diagnosis,treatment,and research into disease mechanisms.This article will discuss recent advances in research on fluid biomarkers for AD,explore their potential and challenges in clinical applications,and aim to provide insights for early diagnosis and precision treatment of AD.关键词
