Neuroimaging signatures of Alzheimer's disease
摘要
Abstract
Alzheimer's disease(AD)is the most common neurodegenerative disorder in the elderly and one of the leading causes of disability and death in this population.It is characterized by a high prevalence and disability rate,imposing a substantial burden on patients,their families,and society.The key to prevention and treatment of AD lies in early warning,early diagnosis,and early intervention.Neuroimaging examinations serve as one of the most important tools for early warning and early diagnosis.This article summarizes the use of multimodal cranial magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and positron emission tomography(PET)in the early diagnosis of AD,and discusses emerging trends,interdisciplinary integration,and future research priorities,with the goal of advancing the role of neuroimaging in the precision diagnosis and management of AD.关键词
