Sleep disorders and Alzheimer's disease
摘要
Abstract
Patients with Alzheimer's disease(AD)often experience different types of sleep disorders during the course of their illness,including insomnia,excessive daytime sleepiness,and circadian rhythm disturbances.Recent studies have indicated a close bidirectional relationship between sleep disorders and AD,with mechanisms primarily involving the deposition of pathological proteins in the brain,the function of the suprachiasmatic nucleus,and neurotransmitter systems.This article aims to systematically review the relationships and underlying molecular mechanisms between sleep disorders and AD,to provide new perspectives for related clinical research.关键词
