猫右心房双出口的影像学特征和临床诊断分析
Imaging Characteristics and Clinical Diagnosis of Double Outlet Right Atrium in a Cat
摘要
Abstract
To investigate the clinical manifestations and imaging features of double outlet right atrium(DORA)in cats,this study retrospectively analyzed the physical examination,laboratory findings,and imaging data of a feline DORA case.The affected cat exhibited a grade III/VI heart murmur,mild erythrocytosis,and Chlamydia felis infection.Imaging examinations revealed a leftward-shift type double outlet right atrium(type B DORA)accompanied by a primum-type atrial septal defect,tricuspid valve dysplasia,and type I pulmonary hypertension.Comprehensive analysis indicated that type B DORA can result in significant hemodynamic abnormalities,and prolonged circulatory overload may lead to pulmonary hypertension.This case provides valuable clinical and imaging insights that can assist veterinarians in diagnosing and managing this rare congenital cardiac anomaly.关键词
