Transformation Mechanism and Practical Pathways of Weight Management Models Driven by Smart Digital Tech-nologies
摘要
Abstract
Against the background of the rising global obesity rate,the public health value of weight management has become increasingly prominent.Smart digital technologies are shifting health management from"passive intervention"to"active prediction and personalized intervention",offering a new paradigm for weight management.The transformation mechanisms of weight man-agement models driven by smart digital technologies were explored through multi-source data integration,intelligent decision-making,and multi-party collaboration,and the practical pathways were further analyzed in technology application,service deliv-ery,and behavioral intervention.Based on which,strategies for policy optimization were put forward from constructing weight management database,breaking the resource imbalance between urban and rural areas,and establishing agile and inclusive super-vision framework.关键词
