基于BERTopic模型的我国县域医共体研究主题挖掘与演化分析
Mining and Evolutionary Analysis of Research Topics on County Medical Community in China Based on the BER-Topic Model

Abstract
Background The Compact County Medical and Healthcare Community(Medical Community)is a key direction in China's healthcare system reform.In recent years,research on the Medical Community has gradually increased.However,system-atic studies on its overall development are still insufficient,especially in the area of mining and analyzing research topics.Objec-tive To systematically identify the core research topics in China's Medical Community and analyze their evolutionary trajectories by using topic mining techniques,thereby providing theoretical support and decision-making references for research and practice in this field.Methods Relevant literature was collected from CNKI,Wanfang and VIP databases.A deep learning-based topic mod-eling method was employed for topic extraction and identification.And the dynamic topic model was combined to analyze the topic evolution process.Results 16 primary research topics in China's Medical Community were identified,which were further catego-rized into seven major research directions through hierarchical clustering of topics,including the construction and management of Medical Communities,medical insurance payment and performance evaluation,pharmaceutical and laboratory management,nurs-ing models and rehabilitation management,chronic disease management and integration of medical care and prevention,satisfac-tion and cognitive surveys related to Medical Communities,and epidemic prevention and control.The research intensity of different topics varies over time,but it shows an overall upward trend,indicating that the field of China's Medical Community research is continuously developing and attracting increasing attention.Conclusion Researches on China's Medical Community covered multiple themes and showed an upward trend in popularity,yet there were still deficiencies.The research was primarily focused on the de-veloped central and eastern regions,with insufficient studies on the less-developed western regions.Research on topics such as epidemic prevention and control lacks sustainability,while long-term issues like the integration of medical care and disease pre-vention and service efficiency evaluation have inadequate research depth.Additionally,there are fewer studies on forward-loo-king topics such as the empowerment of artificial intelligence.Moreover,there is a lack of multi-source data integration and ap-plication of research methods such as dynamic prediction.It is recommended to construct a differentiated research framework,deepen interdisciplinary integration,and strengthen forward-looking exploration to improve the Medical Community research sys-tem and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the Medical Community.关键词
