摘要
Abstract
Objective:To compare the effects of long-acting and short-acting Recombinant Human Growth Hormone on growth hormone deficiency dwarfism.Method:Eighty children with growth hormone deficiency dwarfism diagnosed in Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital Ganzhou Hospital from January to December 2023 were included in this prospective study.According to the random number table method, they were divided into short-acting group and long-acting group, with 40 cases in each group. The short-acting group was treated with Recombinant Human Growth Hormone Injection, and the long-acting group was treated with Polyethylene Glycol Recombinant Human Growth Hormone Injection, the intervention was 6 months. The levels of bone metabolism indexes, related indexes affecting bone metabolism, growth related indexes and glucose and lipid metabolism indexes were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention, the bone metabolism indexes(serum osteocalcin, serum bone alkaline phosphatase, serum total procollagen type Ⅰ N-terminal propeptide),related indexes affecting bone metabolism indexes(insulin-like growth factor-1,25-hydroxyvitamin D,calcium, phosphorus)and growth indexes(bone age, weight, height)of the two groups were improved than those before intervention(P<0.05).After intervention, the levels of serum osteocalcin, serum bone alkaline phosphatase and serum total procollagen type ⅠN-terminal propeptide in the long-acting group were higher than those in the short-acting group(P<0.05).After intervention, the levels of insulin-like growth factor-1,25-hydroxyvitamin D,calcium and phosphorus in the long-acting group were higher than those in the short-acting group(P<0.05).After intervention, the weight of the children in the long-acting group was heavier than that in the short-acting group, and the height was higher than that in the short-acting group(P<0.05).The height growth of children at 6 months and 1 year of follow-up in the long-acting group were higher than those in the short-acting group(P<0.05).The glucose and lipid metabolism indicators in the two groups after the intervention improved than those before the intervention(P<0.05),but there were no statistically significant differences between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Long-acting Recombinant Human Growth Hormone can improve the level of bone metabolism in children with growth hormone deficiency dwarfism, improve the level of related indicators affecting bone metabolism, and increase the weight and height of children.关键词
