中西医结合个体化治疗在难治性高血压患者中的应用效果
Application Effect of Individualized Treatment of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Refractory Hypertension

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of individualized treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in refractory hypertension.Method:Sixty patients with refractory hypertension who were admitted to Chaoshan Hospital,the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinan University from January 2024 to January 2025 were selected and divided into two groups by the envelope method,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional treatment.The control group was treated with western medicine alone,and the observation group additionally received individualized treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine,two groups were treated for 20 weeks.The blood pressure levels,symptom conditions,quality of life and drug safety of the two groups were compared.Result:The blood pressure levels of both groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,the daytime self-measured systolic blood pressure,nighttime self-measured systolic blood pressure,daytime self-measured diastolic blood pressure,nighttime self-measured diastolic blood pressure,clinic systolic blood pressure and clinic diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptoms scores of both groups decreased compared with those before treatment,the scores of dizziness,palpitations and insomnia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of quality of life of both groups improved,the scores of physiological symptoms,hostile status,somatization symptoms,working status,interpersonal sensitivity,sleep status,obsessive-compulsive status,anger or vitality,depression and anxiety in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The individualized treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has a good effect on patients with refractory hypertension.It can lower blood pressure levels,improve symptoms,enhance the quality of life,and the drug safety is relatively high.关键词
