扶正散结膏联合自血疗法治疗气虚痰瘀型肺结节患者的效果分析
Effect of Fuzheng Sanjie Ointment Combined with Autologous Blood Therapy in the Treatment of Patients with Pulmonary Nodules of Qi Deficiency Phlegm Stasis Type

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Fuzheng Sanjie Ointment combined with autologous blood therapy in the treatment of patients with pulmonary nodules of Qi deficiency phlegm stasis type.Method:A total of 108 patients with pulmonary nodules of Qi deficiency phlegm stasis type admitted to Maoming Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2024 were selected and divided into the control group(n=36,with regular follow-up),the autologous blood therapy group(n=36,autologous blood therapy),and the combined treatment group(n=36,Fuzheng Sanjie Ointment combined with autologous blood therapy)according to the random number table method.The clinical efficacy,the maximum diameter of pulmonary nodules before and after treatment,the malignancy probability of pulmonary nodules and inflammatory factors among the three groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the combined treatment group was 91.67%,which was higher than 66.67%in the autologous blood therapy group and 8.33%in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the maximum diameters of pulmonary nodules in the combined treatment group and the autologous blood therapy group were smaller than those before treatment and in the control group,the malignancy probability of pulmonary nodules were lower than those before treatment and in the control group,the above indicators in the combined treatment group were all better than those in the autologous blood therapy group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the IL-10 levels in the combined treatment group and the autologous blood therapy group were higher than those before treatment and in the control group,while the IL-6 and TNF-α levels were lower than those before treatment and in the control group,the above indicators in the combined treatment group were better than those in the autologous blood therapy group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with pulmonary nodules of Qi deficiency and phlegm stasis type,the application of Fuzheng Sanjie Ointment combined with autologous blood therapy can enhance clinical efficacy,reduce the maximum diameter of pulmonary nodules and the malignancy probability of pulmonary nodules,and regulate the levels of inflammatory factors.关键词
