Abstract
Objective:To observe the application effect of EEG biofeedback combined with sensory integration training in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD).Method:A total of 88 children with ADHD admitted to Putian Maternal and Child Health Hospital from April 2023 to August 2024 were randomly divided into two groups,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received EEG biofeedback therapy,and on this basis,the observation group received combined sensory integration training.Both groups were continuously intervened for 12 weeks.The brain waves,clinical symptoms,attention and executive control ability were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention,both groups showed a decrease in θ waves frequency and an increase in β waves and SMR waves frequency,with the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,both groups showed a decrease in hyperactivity-impulsivity,attention deficit,and oppositional defiance scores,while attention test scores,the favorable attention quotient(FAQ),and the favorable response control quotient(FRCQ)all increased,with the observation group showing more significant improvement(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of EEG biofeedback and sensory integration training can improve the EEG of children with ADHD,enhance their attention and executive control abilities,and promote the improvement of clinical symptoms.关键词
