Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of modified Xiaochaihu Decoction on efficacy in patients undergoing minimally invasive gallbladder-preserving lithotomy for gallstones.Method:A total of 80 patients with gallstones admitted to the Fuzhou Jianqiang Fifth Hospital from October 2022 to July 2024 were divided into the control group(n=40)and the combined group(n=40)according to the random number table method.All patients underwent minimally invasive gallblade-preserving lithotomy.The control group received postoperative routine treatment,while the combined group was given modified Xiaochaihu Decoction as adjuvant therapy on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,stone removal rate,liver and gallbladder function and gastrointestinal function of the two groups were compared,and the occurrence of adverse reactions was statistically analyzed.Result:The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The stone removal rate of the combined group was 95.00%,slightly higher than that of the control group(87.50%),but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with before treatment,the levels of TBIL,TC and total bile acid(TBA)in both groups decreased significantly after 3 months of treatment,and the above indicators in the combined group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the levels of serum gastrin(GAS)and somatostatin(SS)in both groups decreased significantly after 3 months of treatment,while the level of serum motilin(MTL)increased significantly,the improvement of the above indicators in the combined group were more obvious than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Modified Xiaochaihu Decoction demonstrates significant therapeutic effect on patients undergoing minimally invasive gallbladder-preserving lithotomy for gallstones.It can help to improve liver and gallbladder function,and gastrointestinal function,with good safety.关键词
