Abstract
Objective:To investigate the influence on corrective effect and safety effect of night-wear orthokeratology lens on adolescent myopia patients.Method:Ninety eight adolescent myopia patients admitted to Nanjing Tongren Hospital Affiliated to Southeast University School of Medicine from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the subjects and divided into the study group and the control group by the random number table method.The study group(n=49)received night-wear orthokeratology lens wearing treatment,and the control group(n=49)received frame glasses wearing treatment.The corneal curvature,diopter,naked vision,optic axis and intraocular pressure of the two groups were compared,and the total incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was counted.Result:The naked vision of the study group after treatment was higher than that of the control group,and the diopter was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The horizontal and vertical curvature of the cornea in the study group after treatment were smaller than those in the control group(P<0.05).The optic axis in the study group after treatment was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in intraocular pressure levels and the total incidence of complications between the study group and the control group after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Night-wear orthokeratology lens has a better corrective effect than frame glasses on adolescent myopia,which can reduce the diopter,significantly improve the naked vision,delay the axial growth of patients,and has good safety.关键词
