Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of Linagliptin on urinary albumin and blood glucose in elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy(DN).Method:A total of 80 elderly patients with DN admitted to Department of Nephrology,Rheumatology and Immunology,Xiamen Susong Hospital from December 2023 to September 2024 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(n=40,treated with Niaoduqing Granules combined with Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets)and the observation group(n=40,treated with Niaoduqing Granules combined with Linagliptin Tablets).All patients were treated for 12 weeks.Urinary albumin,blood glucose[fasting plasma glucose(FPG)and 2 h postprandial plasma glucose(2 h PG)],renal function indexes[Scr,BUN,estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)]and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups of patients before and after treatment were observed.Result:After treatment,the levels of urinary albumin and blood glucose in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the renal function indexes were significantly improved(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of urinary albumin and blood glucose in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the renal function indexes were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(7.50%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(30.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Litagliptin can effectively improve the urinary albumin levels,renal function and blood glucose of elderly patients with DN,and can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.关键词
