免疫球蛋白联合甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗难治性肺炎支原体肺炎合并乳酸脱氢酶升高患儿的临床效果
Clinical Effect of Immunoglobulin Combined with Methylprednisolone Sodium Succinate in the Treatment of Children with Refractory Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia Complicated with Elevated Lactate Dehydrogenase

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Methylprednisolone Sodium Succinate combined with Immunoglobulin in the treatment of children with refractory Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(RMPP)complicated with elevated lactate dehydrogenase(LDH).Method:Sixty children with RMPP complicated with elevated LDH in Xinyu People's Hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(n=30)was treated with Methylprednisolone Sodium Succinate,and the observation group(n=30)was treated with Immunoglobulin combined with Methylprednisolone Sodium Succinate.The clinical efficacy,expression levels of IgA,IgG,IgM,CRP and LDH of the two groups were compared,and the core indicators for disease monitoring of the two groups were recorded.Result:After 5 days of treatment,the levels of IgA,IgG,and IgM in the observation group were(1.45±0.52),(13.31±1.52),and(1.27±0.12)g/L,respectively,which were higher than(1.07±0.32),(9.63±1.01),and(1.01±0.09)g/L in the control group(P<0.05).After 5 days of treatment,the serum CRP and LDH levels in the observation group were(15.12±3.16)mg/L and(202.60±40.80)U/L,respectively,which were lower than(29.03±5.31)mg/L and(232.80±40.34)U/L in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough[(6.31±1.16)d],fever[(2.60±0.64)d],lung bubble sound[(5.10±1.09)d],and lung shadow[(17.10±3.50)d]in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group[(8.19±1.20),(4.17±0.73),(7.04±1.14),and(19.12±3.82)d](P<0.05).After 5 days of treatment,tthe total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 66.67%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Immunoglobulin combined with Methylprednisolone Sodium Succinate in the treatment of children with RMPP complicated with elevated LDH,which can reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,improve immune function and improve the therapeutic effect.关键词
