Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of Ergometrine combined with Carboprost Methylate Suppositories on bleeding status,coagulation function indicators,uterine recovery,and adverse reactions in vaginal delivery parturients with scarred uterus.Method:A total of 104 parturients with scarred uterus who underwent vaginal delivery in Fuzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to September 2024 were divided into the control group(n=52,treated with Carboprost Methylate Suppositories)and the observation group(n=52,treated with Ergometrine on the basis of the control group)by the random number table method.The bleeding status(bleeding volume at 2 and 24 hours after delivery),coagulation function indicators(TT,APTT,D-D,FIB),uterine recovery indicators(height of uterine bottom,the duration of intense uterine contraction,the duration of lochia rubra)and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The bleeding amount in the observation group at 2 and 24 hours after delivery were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The TT and APTT in the observation group at 24 hours after delivery were shorter than those in the control group,the D-D was lower than that in the control group,and the FIB was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The height of uterine bottom in the observation group at 7 days after delivery was lower than that in the control group,the duration of intense uterine contraction was longer than that in the control group,and the duration of lochia rubra was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Ergometrine combined with Carboprost Methylate Suppositories has a remarkable effect in preventing postpatum hemorrhage in vaginal delivery with scarred uterus.It can effectively reduce the bleeding amount,improve coagulation function,promote uterine recovery,and has good safety.关键词
