三维超声卵泡监测下的中医序贯疗法治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症的效果
Effect of Sequential Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine under Three-dimensional Ultrasound Follicular Monitoring in the Treatment of Infertility Caused by Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of sequential therapy of traditional Chinese medicine under three-dimensional ultrasound follicular monitoring for infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Method:A total of 103 patients with infertility caused by PCOS admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of CM from January 2019 to May 2023 were randomly divided into the control group(n=51,received conventional treatment)and the observation group(n=52,received sequential therapy of traditional Chinese medicine under three-dimensional ultrasound follicular monitoring based on the control group).The ovulation rate,serum sex hormones,clinical efficacy and pregnancy rate of the two groups were compared.Result:The ovulation rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After one treatment cycle,the progesterone(P)and estradiol(E2)levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the testosterone(T)and luteinizing hormone(LH)levels were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of follow-up after treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sequential therapy of traditional Chinese medicine under three-dimensional ultrasound follicular monitoring for patients with infertility caused by PCOS can significantly improve ovulation and sex hormone levels,and has a positive promoting effect on natural pregnancy of patients.关键词
