Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application effect of Houpo Exhaust Mixture in the rapid recovery after cesarean section.Method:A total of 110 parturients after cesarean section at Leping People's Hospital from January 2023 to October 2024 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(55 cases,conventional intervention)and the observation group(55 cases,with the addition of Houpo Exhaust Mixture intervention on the basis of the control group).The wound healing,gastrointestinal recovery,incidence of abdominal distension,and incision pain(VAS scores)and swelling scores were compared between the two groups.Result:The rate of complete healing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the incidence of abdominal distension was lower than that in the control group,and the recovery time of bowel sounds,the time of first flatus passage,and the time of first defecation were earlier than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the VAS scores and swelling scores of the incision at 1 day postoperative between the two groups(P>0.05);the VAS scores and swelling scores of the incision at postoperative 3 d and at discharge in both groups were lower than those at postoperative 1 d,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Houpo Exhaust Mixture significantly improves the wound healing speed after cesarean section,accelerates gastrointestinal recovery,reduces the incidence of abdominal distension,and alleviates incision pain and swelling.关键词
