Abstract
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of bronchoalveolar lavage(BAL)combined with Azithromycin and modified Qingfei Chaihu Yin in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP)in children.Method:Eighty children with MPP who were admitted to Shangrao People's Hospital from January 2023 to June 2024 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were assigned to the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with BAL combined with Azithromycin,while the observation group was treated with modified Qingfei Chaihu Yin on the basis of the control group.Two groups were treated continuously for two weeks.The serum indicators(IgA,CRP,IL-6,FIB),lung CT indicators(ground-glass opacity,lithotripsy sign,lung consolidation opacity)before and after treatment.The clinical efficacy,the improvement time of symptoms in total effective patient and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the observation group showed significant rises in IgA level and clinical effective rate,and significant reductions in the levels of CRP,IL-6 and FIB,the detection rates of ground glass shadow,lithotripsy sign,lung consolidation opacity,and the improve time of each symptom was earlier than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions showed no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:BAL combined with Azithromycin and modified Qingfei Chaihu Yin has a remarkable effect in the treatment of MPP in children.It significantly improves biochemical indicators such as immune function and inflammatory factors,as well as the condition of lung lesions in children,and accelerates the disappearance of symptoms.关键词
