揿针配合痛泻要方加味治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征肝气乘脾证的临床研究
Clinical Study of Treating Diarrheal Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Liver-qi Restrain Spleen Syndrome with Press-needle Combined with Modified Tongxie Yaofang

Abstract
Objective:To observe and compare the clinical effect of press-needle combined with modified Tongxie Yaofang in the treatment of diarrheal irritable bowel syndrome with liver-qi restrain spleen syndrome with press-needle alone and traditional Chinese medicine alone.Method:A total of 90 patients with diarrheal irritable bowel syndrome with liver-qi restrain spleen syndrome diagnosed and treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of CM from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected and randomly divided into press-needle group,TCM group and press-needle+TCM group,with 30 patients in each group.The press-needle group was treated with press-needle alone,the TCM group was treated with modified Tongxie Yaofang alone,and the press-needle+TCM group was treated with press-needle combined with modified Tongxie Yaofang.The treatment time of the 3 groups lasted for 4 weeks.The total clinical effective rate,clinical symptom score and irritable bowel syndrome severity scoring system(IBS-SSS)score of the three groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the total clinical effective rate,clinical symptom score,and IBS-SSS score of the press-needle+TCM group were all superior to those of the TCM group and the press-needle group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Press-needle combined with modified Tongxie Yaofang can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and IBS-SSS score of patients with diarrheal irritable bowel syndrome,and the efficacy is better than that of press-needle alone and traditional Chinese medicine alone.关键词
