园林康复疗法辅助治疗对稳定期精神分裂症患者认知功能的改善作用
The Effect of Garden Rehabilitation Therapy as an Adjunctive Treatment on Improving the Cognitive Function of Patients with Stable Schizophrenia

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects of garden rehabilitation therapy as an adjunctive treatment on cognitive function in patients with stable schizophrenia.Method:A total of 83 patients with stable schizophrenia admitted to Jiangxi Provincial Rongjun Preferential Hospital from June to November 2023 were selected as the research subjects and divided into the experimental group(41 cases)and the control group(42 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group implemented routine rehabilitation treatment,on this basis,the experimental group implemented garden rehabilitation therapy as an adjuvant treatment,both groups received continuous intervention for 4 months.The cognitive function(MoCA),social function[scale of social function for psychiatric inpatients(SSPI)],clinical symptom performance[positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS)]were compared between the two groups.Result:After the intervention,the MoCA scores of both groups increased compared to those before the intervention,and the score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the SSPI scores of both groups increased compared to those before the intervention,and the score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the PANSS scores of both groups decreased compared to those before the intervention,and the score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Garden rehabilitation therapy as an adjunctive treatment can improve the symptoms of stable schizophrenia patients,and improve their cognitive function and social function.关键词
