基于ABC-X模型的持续护理对高血压老年患者健康行为及血压控制的影响
Effects of Continuous Nursing Based on the ABC-X Model on Health Behaviors and Blood Pressure Control in Elderly Patients with Hypertension

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of continuous nursing based on the ABC-X model on health behaviors and blood pressure control in elderly patients with hypertension.Method:Eighty elderly patients with hypertension who were treated in Pingxiang Third People's Hospital from September 2024 to May 2025 were divided into the observation group(n=40,conventional nursing+continuous nursing based on the ABC-X model)and the control group(n=40,conventional nursing)according to random number table method.Both groups were cared for until discharge.Blood pressure levels,mental state,health behavior pattern,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated.Result:After the nursing,the blood pressure levels,mental state,and the scores of each dimension of the health promoting lifestyle profile-Ⅱ(HPLP-Ⅱ)and SF-36 in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the nursing,compared with the control group(75.00%),the total nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group(92.50%)was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous nursing based on the ABC-X model can effectively reduce the blood pressure levels of elderly patients with hypertension,improve their mental state,healthy behavior pattern and quality of life,and increase nursing satisfaction.关键词
