摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of cluster nutritional intervention combined with aerobic exercise in patients after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE)for liver cancer.Method:From January 2023 to July 2024,150 patients with liver cancer after TACE admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University were selected and divided into the control group(n=74,given cluster nutritional intervention)and the observation group(n=76,with aerobic exercise added on the basis of the control group)according to the computer grouping method. Two groups were intervened for 3 months. The nutritional status, negative emotions and cancer-related fatigue scores of the two groups were observed and compared.Result:Compared with the control group, the observation group had significantly higher levels of Hb,ALB,and prealbumin(PA)after intervention, and lower scores of the patient-generated subjective global assessment(PG-SGA),hospital anxiety and depression scale(HADS),and the cognitive, physical and emotional scores in the cancer-related fatigue scale(CFS),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of cluster nutritional intervention combined with aerobic exercise in patients after TACE for liver cancer can improve nutritional status, alleviate negative emotions, and alleviate cancer-related fatigue.关键词
