Abstract
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of laparoscopic middle longitudinal section for stone removal in patients with gallstones combined with bile duct stones.Method:From August 2020 to August 2024,a total of 64 patients with gallstones combined with bile duct stones admitted to the Fourth People's Hospital of Rugao were randomly selected and divided into the control group(n=32,conventional laparoscopic stone removal)and the observation group(n=32,laparoscopic middle longitudinal section for stone removal)by the random number table method.The postoperative recovery conditions,stone residue rates,liver function indicators and complication rates of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:There was no statistically significant difference in the residual rate of stones between the two groups(P>0.05).Before the operation,there were no statistically significant differences in AST,TBIL and ALT between the two groups(P>0.05).Three days after the operation,the levels of AST,TBIL and ALT in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative the first exhaust time and the postoperative independent out-of-bed activity time in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group,and the postoperative indwelling time of the drainage tube and the hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The stone removal effect of laparoscopic middle longitudinal section for stone removal for patients with gallstones combined with bile duct stones is similar to that of conventional laparoscopic stone removal.However,laparoscopic middle longitudinal section for stone removal is more conducive to early postoperative recovery,reduces the incidence of complications,and has better safety.关键词
