加味黄连温胆汤联合脑电生物反馈治疗抽动秽语综合征痰火扰神证患儿的临床效果
Clinical Effect of Modified Huanglian Wendan Decoction Combined with Electroencephalographic Biofeedback in the Treatment of Tourette Syndrome with Syndrome of Phlegm-fire Disturbing Mind in Children

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Huanglian Wendan Decoction combined with electroencephalographic biofeedback in the treatment of Tourette syndrome with syndrome of phlegm-fire disturbing mind in children.Method:A total of 120 children with Tourette syndrome with syndrome of phlegm-fire disturbing mind who were treated in Department of Pediatrics,Jiangyin Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Clonidine Transdermal Patch,and the treatment group was treated with modified Huanglian Wendan Decoction combined with electroencephalogram biofeedback.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.The TCM syndromes scores,clinical therapeutic effect,Yale global tic severity scale(YGTSS)scores,serum neurotransmitter levels and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:After the treatment,the TCM syndromes scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 81.67%,which was higher than 63.33%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the YGTSS scores of motor tic and episodic tic in both groups decreased compared with those before treatment,and those in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,dopamine(DA)and 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)in both groups were lower than those before treatment,γ-aminobutyric acid(GABA)were higher than those before treatment,and those in the treatment group were superior to the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of modified Huanglian Wendan Decoction combined with electroencephalographic biofeedback in the treatment of Tourette syndrome with syndrome of phlegm-fire disturbing mind in children is remarkable,which can effectively control the clinical symptoms of children,improve the levels of serum neurotransmitters,and has high safety.关键词
