心通口服液联合美托洛尔治疗老年冠心病不稳定型心绞痛(痰瘀痹阻型)的临床效果
Clinical Effect of Xintong Oral Liquid Combined with Metoprolol in the Treatment of Unstable Angina(Phlegm Stasis Obstruction Type)in Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Xintong Oral Liquid combined with Metoprolol in the treatment of unstable angina(UA)(phlegm stasis obstruction type)in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Method:A total of 82 elderly patients with coronary heart disease UA(phlegm stasis obstruction type)admitted to Jingdezhen First People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2024 were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Metoprolol,while the observation group was treated with Xintong Oral Liquid on the basis of the control group.After two months of treatment,the clinical efficacy,angina pectoris attacks,cardiac function indicators and the occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,observation group had a lower frequency of angina attacks compared to the control group,and shorter duration of angina pectoris compared to the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had lower left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)compared to the control group,and higher left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and cardiac output(CO)compared to the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combined treatment of Xintong Oral Liquid and Metoprolol in elderly patients with coronary heart disease UA(phlegm stasis obstruction type)can significantly reduce the occurrence of angina pectoris,improve cardiac function,and is relatively safe.关键词
