摘要
Abstract
Objective:To compare the clinical effect of Enarodustat and Roxadustat in the treatment of non-dialysis chronic kidney disease(CKD)complicated with renal anemia.Method:A prospective,randomized controlled study was adopted.According to the random number table method,80 patients with non-dialysis CKD complicated with renal anemia(from January 2024 to April 2025)treated in Fengcheng People's Hospital were divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups of patients received basic treatment for CKD.The control group was treated with Roxadustat orally,and the observation group was treated with Enarodustat orally.Both groups were treated continuously for 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy,anemia indicators[Hb,RBC,hematocrit(HCT)],iron metabolism indicators[serum ferritin(SF),transferrin(TRF),transferrin saturation(TSAT)]and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:After 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the levels of Hb,RBC and HCT in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the levels of SF,TRF and TSAT in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Enarodustat in the treatment of non-dialysis CKD complicated with renal anemia is superior to that of Roxadustat.It can more effectively alleviate the anemia status of patients,improve iron metabolism indicators,and the adverse reactions have not increased.关键词
