裸花紫珠联合丙氨酰谷氨酰胺对消化道肿瘤患者ESD术后胃肠功能恢复和并发症的影响
Effect of Callicarpa Nudiflora Combined with Alanyl Glutamine on Gastrointestinal Function Recovery and Complications in Patients with Gastrointestinal Tumors after ESD

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Callicarpa Nudiflora combined with Alanyl Glutamine(Ala-Gln)on the recovery of gastrointestinal function and complications in patients with gastrointestinal tumors after endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD).Method:A total of 82 patients who underwent ESD for gastrointestinal tumors in General Hospital of Pingxiang Mining Group Co.from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as subjects.The patients were randomly divided into two groups by random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.Among them,the control group was treated with Ala-Gln after the operation,and the observation group was treated with Callicarpa Nudiflora combined with Ala-Gln after the operation.The recovery of gastrointestinal function after the operation,bleeding conditions,ulcer healing conditions,immune function and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Result:There were no statistically significant differences in the comparison of the time of the first anal exhaust,the time of the first defecation,the recovery time of bowel sounds and the incidence of delayed postoperative bleeding between the two groups(P>0.05).The rebleeding rate of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The ulcer healing quality of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,in both groups,IgA increased while IgG and IgM decreased,and IgA and IgM in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 7.32%,which was lower than 24.39%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined treatment with Callicarpa Nudiflora and Ala-Gln can promote gastrointestinal function recovery,reduce rebleeding,improve postoperative recovery and immune function,and reduce the incidence of complications in patients with gastrointestinal tumors after ESD.关键词
