荧光导航腹腔镜胆囊切除联合胆总管切开取石术治疗胆总管结石患者的效果
Effect of Fluorescence-Guided Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy Combined with Choledocholithotomy in Patients with Choledocholithiasis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of fluorescence-guided laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined with choledocholithotomy in patients with choledocholithiasis.Method:A total of 102 patients with choledocholithiasis admitted to Shangrao People's Hospital from April 2022 to April 2025 were selected as the research subjects and divided into the reference group(n=51,traditional laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined with choledocholithotomy)and the observation group(n=51,fluorescence-guided laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined with choledocholithotomy)by the random number table method.The perioperative indicators,postoperative recovery conditions,liver function indicators,inflammatory indicators and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The operation time and the time for dissecting the gallbladder triangle in the observation group were shorter than those in the reference group,the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the reference group,and the clear distinguishable rate of the gallbladder triangle was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The postoperative hospital stay of the observation group was shorter than that of the reference group,and the first eating time,anal exhaust time,and the time of getting out of bed for activities were earlier than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Seven days after the operation,the levels of ALT,AST and TBIL in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Twelve hours after the operation,the levels of CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the observation group and the reference group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Fluorescence-guided laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined with choledocholithotomy can effectively shorten the operation time,reduce intraoperative bleeding,promote the recovery of liver function in patients after surgery,and has high safety.关键词
