腹腔镜与开放肾部分切除术在T1b期肾肿瘤中的疗效比较
Comparison of the Efficacy of Laparoscopic Versus Open Partial Nephrectomy in Stage T1b Renal Tumors

Abstract
Objective:To compare the efficacy of laparoscopic partial nephrectomy(LPN)and open partial nephrectomy(OPN)in stage T1b renal tumors.Method:A total of 82 patients with stage T1b renal tumors admitted to the Department of Urology of the Affiliated Hospital of Putian University from July 2021 to February 2024 were retrospectively selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to different surgical methods,patients undergoing OPN were selected as the control group,and patients undergoing LPN were selected as the observation group,with 41 cases in each group.The operation time,thermal ischemia time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative drainage time,first exhaust time,postoperative drainage volume,postoperative complications,serum creatinine,IL-6,CRP and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Result:The operation time,thermal ischemia time and postoperative drainage time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage volume were less than those in the control group,and the first evacuation time was earlier than that in the control group(P<0.05).The blood creatinine,IL-6,and CRP levels on the first day after surgery in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the recurrence rate of postoperative complications and recurrence rate at 12 months of follow-up between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:LPN is less invasive,faster recovery,less inflammatory response after surgery compared to open surgery,and is safe,and is suitable for patients with T1b renal tumors.关键词
