达格列净联合肾炎舒治疗早期糖尿病肾病患者的效果观察
Observation on the Efficacy of Dapagliflozin Combined with Shenyanshu in Early Diabetic Nephropathy Patients

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Dapagliflozin combined with Shenyanshu in the treatment of patients with early diabetic nephropathy.Method:A total of 80 patients with early diabetic nephropathy admitted to Yichun People's Hospital from January 2022 to September 2024 were selected and divided into the study group(40 cases,treated with Dapagliflozin combined with Shenyanshu)and the control group(40 cases,treated with Irbesartan)according to the random number table method.Before and after treatment,the glucose metabolism indicators[fasting blood glucose(FBG),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c)],fasting insulin levels,lipid metabolism indicators(TC,TG),oxidative stress indicators[total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),NADPH oxidase 4(NOX4),superoxide dismutase(SOD)]and renal function indicators[urine micro-albumin(m-ALB),urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER),β2-microglobulin(β2-MG)]and the occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups were detected and recorded.Result:After treatment,the levels of FBG,HbA1c,TC,TG,m-ALB,UAER,β2-MG,NOX4,T-AOC and SOD in the study group were all better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Dapagliflozin combined with Shenyanshu is highly effective in early DKD patients.It significantly improves glucose and lipid metabolism and insulin levels,reduces urinary protein levels,alleviates oxidative stress,and is associated with manageable adverse reactions.关键词
