Abstract
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of the combined administration mode of Compound Metronidagole Vaginal Suppositories and Human Interferon α2b Gel for chronic cervicitis.Method:This study was set for the period from March 2024 to June 2025.The inclusion criteria were limited to patients with chronic cervicitis diagnosed by colposcopy and pathology.Eventually,96 cases meeting the preset inclusion criteria were included,all the cases originated from Wuyishan Maternal and Child Health Hospital.They were divided into two groups according to the double color ball method,48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Compound Metronidagole Vaginal Suppositories,while the observation group was supplemented with Human Interferon α2b Gel on the basis of the control group,both groups were treated for 7 days.The inflammation,immune function,symptom relief,therapeutic effect and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:There were no statistically significant differences in the indicators of inflammation and immune function between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the levels of CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α in the observation group were lower,CD3+,CD4+,and CD4+/CD8+were higher(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the regression time of pathological vaginal secretions and the repair cycle of cervical epithelium were shorter(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reaction burning sensation,itching and dysbiosis at the application site between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Compound Metronidagole Vaginal Suppositories and Human Interferon α2b Gel in the treatment of chronic cervicitis can reduce the inflammatory response of patients,enhance immune function,accelerate symptom relief,has good therapeutic effect and high safety.关键词
