Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway under"one-stop"service model on patients with asthma.Method:A total of 80 patients with asthma admitted to Fuzhou Second People's Hospital from June 2023 to January 2025 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was treated with clinical nursing pathway intervention under"one-stop"service model on the basis of the control group.Both groups were intervened until before discharge.The coping styles,self-care ability,quality of life and lung function were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention,the score of facing coping of medical coping modes questionnaire(MCMQ),scores of exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA),scores of asthma quality of life questionnaire(AQLQ),FEV1 and FEV1/FVC in observation group were higher than those in control group,while the yielding score and avoidance score of MCMQ were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical nursing pathway under"one-stop"service model is beneficial to improving the coping styles and lung function and enhancing the self-care ability and quality of life in patients with asthma.关键词
