Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application effect of refined nursing care in automated auditory brainstem response(AABR)hearing screening for infants aged 0-6 months.Method:Retrospectively enrolled were 80 infants aged 0-6 months who underwent AABR hearing screening at Xinyu Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 as the research subjects.Infants who received routine care from January to December 2023 were included in the control group(n=40),and those who received refined nursing care from January to December 2024 were included in the observation group(n=40).The pass rate of the initial screening,the status during screening,the emotional stability time during the first and second screenings,the neonatal infant pain scale(NIPS)score,and the satisfaction of parents with nursing were compared between the two groups.Result:Compared with the control group,the pass rate of initial screening in the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the excellent and good rates of the state during initial and follow-up screening in the observation group were higher(P<0.05).The time for emotional stability during initial and follow-up screening in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the NIPS scores were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of parents with nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Refined nursing care in AABR hearing screening for infants aged 0-6 months can not only effectively increase the pass rate of the initial screening,improve the condition of infants during the screening,stabilize their emotions in the short time and reduce the degree of discomfort during the screening period,but also enhance parents'satisfaction with the care.关键词
