摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of family style intervention combined with child interest guidance mode on children with bronchopneumonia.Method:This study adopted a prospective research design and included 206 children with bronchopneumonia admitted to Fujian Tingzhou Hospital from January to December 2024 as the study sample.Using computer-generated random sequences for grouping,a control group and an observation group of 103 cases each were established. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received family style intervention combined with child interest guidance mode on the basis of nursing care for the control group. The research process adopted a double-blind design to ensure the objectivity of the data.Clinical indicators, lung function, treatment compliance, quality of life, and nursing satisfaction between two groups were compared.Result:The observation group had earlier cough cessation time, wheezing disappearance time, fever disappearance time, lung moist rales disappearance time, and shorter hospitalization time compared to the control group(P<0.05);FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC,and peak expiratory flow(PEF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group at discharge(P<0.05);at discharge, the treatment compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);at discharge, the quality of life assessment of the observation group showed higher scores in all dimensions compared to the control group(P<0.05);at discharge, the satisfaction of the observation group's family members with nursing care was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The synergistic application of family style intervention and child interest guidance mode in the treatment of children with bronchopneumonia can significantly improve their clinical symptoms and lung function indicators, accelerate the rehabilitation process, and effectively enhance treatment cooperation, quality of life, and family satisfaction.关键词
