哌罗匹隆配合rTMS对女性精神分裂症患者内分泌激素、社会功能及安全性的影响
Effects of Perospirone Combined with rTMS on Endocrine Hormones,Social Function and Safety in Female Patients with Schizophrenia

Abstract
Objective:To explore the safety of female patients with schizophrenia to different doses of Perospirone combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS),and the effect of endocrine hormones and social function of patients of this treatment regimen.Method:The research subjects were 60 female schizophrenia patients admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Yichun from November 2023 to July 2024.The patients were divided into a high-dose group and a low-dose group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The low-dose group was treated with low-dose(20-24 mg/d)Piperopirone and rTMS,and the high-dose group was treated with high-dose(36-48 mg/d)Piperopirone and rTMS.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The therapeutic effect,positive and negative syndrome scale(PANSS)scores,endocrine hormones[prolactin(PRL),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),and progesterone(P)],social function,and safety between the high-dose group and the low-dose group were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the high-dose group after 4 weeks of treatment was higher than that of the low-dose group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of positive symptoms,negative symptoms,general pathological symptoms and total score in the high-dose group were lower than those in the low-dose group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,after 4 weeks of treatment,the PRL levels in both the high-dose group and the low-dose group increased,and the FSH,LH and P levels decreased(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the levels of endocrine hormones between the two groups(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the scale of social function of psychosis inpatients(SSPI)total scores,and the scores of activities of daily living,mobility and interaction,and social activity skills of the high-dose group were higher than those of the low-dose group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the high-dose group and the low-dose group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with low-dose Piperopirone,high-dose Piperopirone combined with rTMS can more effectively alleviate the symptoms of female schizophrenia patients,improve their social function,and has good safety.关键词
