摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of isokinetic muscle strength training combined with whole-body vibration training on athletes after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction surgery.Method:Sixty-four athletes who underwent anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction surgery and were admitted to the Guizhou Sports Science Institute from March 2023 to March 2024 were divided into two groups by random number table method, with 32 cases in each group. The control group received routine rehabilitation training, while the observation group received isokinetic muscle strength training combined with whole-body vibration training. Two groups were trained for 2 months. The knee joint function, peak torque of knee flexion and extension muscles, and knee joint range of motion were compared between the two groups.Result:Compared with before training, the hospital for special surgery(HSS)scores, knee flexion peak torque, knee extension peak torque, and knee joint mobility of both groups improved after training, and those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of isokinetic muscle strength training and whole-body vibration training has a good effect on improving knee joint function, peak torque of knee flexion and extension muscle groups, and knee joint range of motion in athletes after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction surgery.关键词
