绝经后女性2型糖尿病患者骨代谢与免疫功能的关系研究
Study on the Relationship between Bone Metabolism and Immune Function in Postmenopausal Women with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Abstract
Objective:To explore the relationship between bone metabolism,bone mineral density(BMD)and immune function in postmenopausal women with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Method:One hundred and twenty postmenopausal women with T2DM who admitted to Pingxiang People's Hospital from April 2023 to October 2024 were selected as the study group,and 120 postmenopausal female patients who underwent physical examinations during the same period were selected as the control group.Bone metabolism indicators,BMD,cellular immunity indicators,and humoral immunity indicators in the two groups were compared.Pearson correlation analysis was used to discuss the correlation between bone metabolism indicators,BMD and immune function.Result:The levels of parathyroid hormone(PTH)and bone turnover markers type Ⅰ collagen amino-terminal extender peptide(PⅠNP)and beta-collagen degradation product(β-CTX)in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of N-terminal/midregion osteocalcin(N-MID)and 25-hydroxyvitamin D[25(OH)D]were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The BMD of L1-4 and femoral neck in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of CD8+was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IgG and IgM in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of IgA,complement C3 and complement C4 were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis results showed that there was no significant correlation between PTH,PⅠNP,N-MID,25(OH)D and immune function indicators(P>0.05).β-CTX was significantly positively correlated with CD8+(r=0.220,P<0.05).BMD of L1-4 was significantly negatively correlated with complement C4(r=-0.180,P<0.05),and BMD of femoral neck was significantly negatively correlated with complement C3(r=-0.201,P<0.05).Conclusion:In postmenopausal women with T2DM,there is a significant positive correlation between β-CTX level and CD8+level,a significant negative correlation between BMD of L1-4 and complement C4 level,and a significant negative correlation between BMD of femoral neck and complement C3 level.Clinically,for postmenopausal women with T2DM who have abnormal immune function,bone metabolism indicators and bone mineral density should be measured in a timely manner.关键词
