Abstract

Traditional teaching case libraries often face fragmented storage resources and diffi-culties in integrating multimodal data,which impede the improvement of teaching quality.With the profound transformation of digitalization of medical education,the application of artificial intelligence(AI)has expanded in the field of optimizing the teaching resources.This paper focuses on the optimiza-tion and reconstruction of AI-empowered clinical teaching case library for postgraduates with profes-sional degree in Orthodontics.By leveraging AI technologies to systematically collect and standardize large-scale clinical data,an orthodontic clinical knowledge graph system is constructed,alongside effi-cient search and personalized recommendation.This intelligent upgrade breaks through the limitations of conventional case databases such as fragmented data and static display of clinical cases by transform-ing case resources into deeply structured,semantically meaningful,and dynamically interconnected formats,and effectively improves teaching efficacy.The optimized case base strongly supports orth-odontic teaching,facilitating the integration of theoretical knowledge with clinical practice and improv-ing students'clinical skills.This strategy provides a feasible example and a forward-looking roadmap for the digital transformation of advanced orthodontic education,facilitating the transition of medical education toward an intelligent new level driven by data.
