摘要

Abstract

The application of artificial intelligence(AI)technology in evidence-based decision support has extended from diagnostic assistance to the field of teaching innovation.Integrating AI tech-nology into evidence-based decision-making training for the standardized training of resident physi-cians may enhance their proficiency in utilizing AI tools and improve their data literacy,thereby reduc-ing the complexity of evidence-based application.This study aims to explore the intelligent transforma-tion pathway for evidence-based decision-making training.By comparing it with conventional training modes,the study systematically analyzes the necessity,required software and hardware configura-tions,instructor qualifications,teaching modes and content,as well as evaluation systems for AI-empowered evidence-based decision-making training.Additionally,existing examples of AI-empowered training are reviewed and critically analyzed.Studies indicate that AI-empowered training can facilitate the development of clinical thinking and decision-making skills among resident physi-cians,effectively enhancing their competency in evidence-based medicine.
