The underlying logic of data governance in universities emphasizing subject return
摘要
Abstract
Data governance constitutes a critical component of university governance prac-tices.As a concrete implementation of the people-centric governance philosophy,the foundational logic design that dictates the orientation and priorities of data governance emphasizes the active and leading role of human actors.The data governance positioning from an open perspective,the data gov-ernance focus from an associated perspective,the data governance guidance from a circular perspec-tive,and the data governance design from a global perspective are the basic grasp of the underlying logic of university data governance.The weight framework created by the participation of multiple sub-jects and the interaction between individuals and the whole effectively avoid the interpersonal alien-ation caused by technical alienation and the optimization and expansion of the data value transforma-tion path from the user's perspective constitute the key points and implementation points of the under-lying logic of university data governance that emphasizes the return of subjects.关键词
