个性化3D打印教具联合基于案例的学习在脑血管外科继续教育中的应用
Application of personalized 3D-printed teaching aids combined with CBL teaching method in continuing education for Cerebrovascular Surgery

Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of personalized 3D-printed teaching aids combined with case-based learning(CBL)teaching method in enhancing continuing medical education for Cerebrovascular Surgery,and evaluate its influence on students'mastery of theoretical knowl-edge,surgical competency,and learning satisfaction.Methods 40 neurosurgeons with practicing qualifications followed with at least 3 years of clinical experience were enrolled and randomly divided into the experimental group(n=20,using 3D-printed teaching aids combined with CBL)and the con-trol group(n=20,using traditional CBL).The training lasted for 3 months thus learning outcomes and satisfaction were compared between the 2 groups through theoretical knowledge assessments,simulated surgical practice evaluations and anonymous questionnaires.Results The theoretical knowl-edge assessment score of the experimental group(88.2±3.13)and the simulated surgical practice as-sessment score(89.4±3.75)were significantly higher than those of the control group[(82.8±2.95)and(83.8±4.25),respectively;P<0.001].Additionally,the experimental group showed higher satis-faction than the control group in all 5 aspects including increased learning interest,deeper under-standing of surgical approaches,improved surgical skills,enhanced learning confidence and better communication skills(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of personalized 3D-printed teaching aids and CBL significantly improve the effectiveness of continuing education in Cerebrovascular Sur-gery,enhancing anatomical understanding,surgical planning and teamwork skills of trainees,which may serve as an effective tool for advanced training of neurosurgeons.关键词
