Clinical guideline of domestically innovative integrated radiotherapy equipment in treating the tumors of central nervous system,head and neck

Abstract
In recent years,the research and development of domestic radiotherapy equipment have achieved groundbreaking progress,and the innovative radiotherapy system with integrated and intelligent characteristics has realized innovation of key technique,which coral parameters and innovatively functional models,such as sector beam computed tomography(CT)-guided online self-adaptive radiotherapy,multimodal imaging real-time fusion technique,have achieved internationally mainstream equipment level.However,there are not still unified standard on a series of aspects include selection of indications,establishment of quality control standard,optimization of individual treatment schedule,etc.Therefore,Radiotherapy Equipment and Technology Branch of China Association of Medical Equipment organized experts from relative fields to formulate together this guideline,which selected tumor with high incidence-nasopharyngeal carcinoma as demonstration disease,under the support of the National Key Research and Development Program.The target of this study is to standardize the clinical application of domestic radiotherapy equipment in the tumors of central nervous system,head and neck,so as to promote technical development and clinical collaboration.At the same time,aimed at the clinically difficult problems that the radiotherapy of conventionally fixed schedule existed risks of inadequate target coverage and/or excessive exposure on normal tissue,this guideline combined with theory and practice to innovatively formulate the clinical implementation specification of online self-adaptive radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma on the basis of the technical advantages of domestically integrated CT linear accelerator,and the online self-adaptive radiotherapy that developed from the basis of sector beam CT-guided radiotherapy.It contributes to promote the transformation from conception to clinical practice for accurate treatment,and to realize the standard and accurate application of domestically innovative integrated radiotherapy equipment in tumors of central nervous system,head and neck.关键词
